The main composition material is divided into polypropylene bag, polyethylene bag, according to the sewing method is divided into seam bottom bag, seam bottom bag.
Test method:
Tensile load
Test conditions:
1. According to GB/T 1039. The sample was adjusted at 23 ° C ±2 ° C for 4h under constant humidity, and the test was carried out under this condition.
2. The test equipment shall comply with the relevant equipment provisions of Chapter 6 of GB/T1040-1992: the fixture spacing is 200mm, and the empty car descent speed is 200mm/min±20mm/min.
Sampling method:
1. Take the folding surface of the sewing roll as the sampling surface, and take two samples in the warp direction, weft direction, seam edge direction and seam bottom direction on each bag, with a length of 300mm and a width of about 60mm, and then correct to 50mm. If the last one exceeds half, leave it. Seam to both sides of the sample should be appropriately long, two sides of each tie three knots.
The tensile load of the sample was recorded and its arithmetic mean value was taken.
2. In the test, if the sample is cracked or slipped in the fixture, which affects the accuracy, the sample should be replaced and redone.
Heat resistance:
1. Take two pieces of warp and weft samples from the bag, with a length of 300mm and a width of 20mm.
The surfaces were overlapped, a load of 9.8N was applied to them, and the samples were placed in an oven at 80℃ for 1h. The two overlapping samples were separated immediately after removal, and abnormal conditions such as adhesion and melt marks were checked on the surface.
Drop resistance
2. The test environment is normal temperature and normal humidity.
3. The test site is a flat cement floor.
4. The filling coefficient is 0.80 ~ 0.85.
Test quality and material selection:
1.TA bag containing 20kg polypropylene, polyethylene resin or material with similar density;
2.A bag containing 25kg polypropylene, polyethylene resin or material of comparable density;
3.B type bag containing 40kg urea or material with similar density;
4. C-type bag containing 50kg urea or material with similar density.
Test sequence:
Article 1: Longitudinal - horizontal - lateral
Second: horizontal - lateral - vertical
Article 3: Lateral - longitudinal - horizontal
Place the sample at a height of 1.2m and drop it freely. Make three drop tests according to the order specified in 5.7.5 to check whether there is bag breakage and package leakage.
Hygienic performance:
According to GB/T5009.60.
Inspection rules:
Lot grouping
The products of the same model and specification shall be one batch, and each batch shall not exceed 150,000 pieces.
