A food-grade FIBC is a flexible container specifically designed and used for storing and transporting food products, which include dry foods, foodstuffs in granule and powder form, and pharmaceuticals.

These bags are built up with non-toxic material in a hygienic room environment. The non-toxic material is what we say 100 percent virgin woven polypropylene, and is free from any recycled material that could potentially pollute the food that you intend to contain. For the production department, it must be a clean room, a dust-free plant. The FIBC fabric should be cut by ultrasonic and the production facilities should keep being ventilated. During the process, the workers are needed to wear hygiene clothing and pay attention to pest control. These bags finally should pass metal detection and be vacuumed air cleaning.
