1. Different methods of printing. Woven bag printing, if the number is small, generally use flat screen printing. Plate making is convenient and flexible, and can be printed by machine or by hand. The service life of the screen plate is short, generally 10 to 20 thousand times there is a missing version, which needs to be repaired. The maximum limit may not exceed 30,000 times. If the number is large, you can use drum metal mesh printing or drum offset printing, which are large machines, printing speed is fast, the service life of the plate is long, but the printing process is relatively complex. About one edition can be printed more than 100,000 times. Flat screen and metal screen cylinder printing is not suitable for color printing, generally only for monochrome or two-color printing, otherwise the overplate process is complex and low efficiency. Offset printing can do color printing.
2. The printing ink is different. Woven bag printing uses special plastic ink, which has strong adhesion on the woven bag and is not easy to fall off. The printing ink of ordinary paper is printed on the woven bag and all fall off when rubbed. The printing ink on the paper eats into the paper, which is not easy to fall off and dries quickly.
3. Because of the ink, the finished product needs to be dried or dried after printing, otherwise the printed product is easy to stick. Paper printing process development is very fast, high-speed printing, color printing has reached a very high degree.
