Because the climate varies greatly around the world, the weather in each area is different, and the duration of the light varies greatly. If it is in some places with severe weather conditions, the overall service life of the FIBC will be shortened. For example, also in North America, the light energy of the north and the south is almost doubled. In the north, the flexible container bag (FIBC) can be used for 10 months, and in the south, it may be damaged in 3 months. Uncertainty of the light energy in the area where FIBC is used will cause some foreign businessmen to mistakenly believe that the UV protection of FIBC does not meet the requirements. Therefore, in order to prolong the product life, FIBC manufacturers have come up with a series of methods. For example, when we produce container bags, we appropriately increase the amount of anti-purple masterbatch to increase the insurance factor.
There are several common ways:
1. Raw materials: whether it is brand new pellets, whether excessive regrind is added, whether modifiers (calcium carbonate masterbatch) are added, and the aging resistance of PP woven cloth with modifiers will be seriously reduced.
2. Masterbatch: the influence of pigments on anti-aging container bags is also very large, whether to use rutile titanium white masterbatch coated on the surface, whether to use yellow pigments with very good weather resistance, and whether the blue pigments used contain free copper , Etc. will have a great impact on the life of the FIBC.
3. Anti-purple morphology and added amount: due to the large difference in specific gravity and size of PP particles, the powdered UV will sink and it is difficult to evenly disperse it into the PP pellets, which will cause Good, some are very poor, which affects the anti-aging properties of the entire woven cloth. The anti-purple masterbatch similar in size and specific gravity to PP will not have such a problem.
