1, ton bag should avoid static electricity as much as possible. For example, when dealing with flammable liquid, it is necessary to limit its violent shaking in the packaging barrel, control its treatment method, prevent the leakage of different oils, mix, and prevent water and air intake in the steel barrel.

2. Take measures to dissipate the generated static electricity as soon as possible to avoid accumulation. For example, good grounding devices are installed on tools such as handling, increasing the relative humidity of the workplace, laying conductive floors on the ground, and spraying conductive coatings on some tools.

3, add a certain amount of anti-charge in the charged body to avoid the increase of electrostatic voltage (such as induction electrostatic neutralizer).

4, in some cases, the accumulation of static electricity is inevitable, the rapid rise of electrostatic voltage may even produce electrostatic sparks. At this time, even if the discharge occurs, measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of explosive accidents.
