Two loop FIBC/two-loop jumbo bag

An industrial bag with two lifting points and the capacity of 500 kgs to 1500 kgs (or 1100 lb to 3300 lb), can be called two loop FIBC. It is also known as two loop jumbo bag, and often used for storing and transporting agricultural and industrial products, such as grains, salts, seeds, cement, sand, clay, etc. On the semi-automatic and the automatic working line, the filling speed is crucial, and a wider opening will be needed to load the bag, then a two-loop bag will be a good choice.

Generally speaking, two loops FIBC is directly made from single tubular fabric, which is a composite made of woven polyethylene. They are available in coated or uncoated fabrics, and can be made in various product types including the standard open top with filling slit, shaped base (star, rectangle, and square), gusseted sewn base, and bags with discharge spout. With the configuration of an outer bag with double integral lifting loops, the lifting loops are extended from the bag itself, which makes the 2 loop FIBC bags a high breaking strength and easier to lift, just like a two-loop FIBC is carried around by a pork lift in daily life.
