Ton bag performance test method:
The ton bag used for commodity transportation packaging must be tested by top lifting test, dumping test, vertical impact drop test, upright test, tear propagation test and so on.
① Top lifting test: hold pressure for 5min at 6 times the load.
② Vertical impact drop test: 0.8m height free fall.
③ Dumping test: pull the shelf at a height of 0.8m, lift one end of the movable plate, and make the sample bag fall on the ground.
④ Upright test: Lift the single or double belt near the ground (if there are four straps), so that the bag body off the ground.
The above tests require that the bag body and the sling ton bag are not damaged and the contents are not leaked.
⑤ Tear propagation test: a cut of 100mm in length and 45 on the vertical line is drawn on the bag body, lifted off the ground, applied twice the load, and kept for 5min. The incision propagation length should not exceed 25% of the original incision length.
