The container ring is balanced on the lifting device, according to the type of container bag and loading weight, you can choose forklift, crane, crane, etc. When using the forklift to lift the container bags, the shovel should be adjusted to the appropriate position, the container bags should be close to the forklift, do not tilt forward. In order to ensure the balance of the center of gravity of the bag body during hoisting, please pay attention not to hang a single ring. Then, the lifting device is started to slowly lift the container bag, and after reaching a certain height, it is evenly placed on the platform of the train (or car). The workplace must be neatly stacked if it does not need to be loaded and run immediately. In the process of lifting and stacking, do not squeeze each other, skew, collision, etc.
③ Custody. In principle, after loading the material in the container bag, it must be loaded immediately, but it cannot be transported immediately due to the needs of the situation. In order to avoid material damage, the container bags must be stored in the warehouse pipe and the surroundings must be away from water, steam, moisture and high temperature sources. In outdoor storage, not only to meet the above environmental conditions, but also pay attention to cover with cloth to avoid direct sunlight.
④ Discharge materials. Lift the container with a forklift or crane, align the mouth of the tank or other containers, open the rope at the bottom of the bag, and the raw materials can fall by themselves to complete the discharge. A one-time container bag can be used with the appropriate tool to remotely puncture the bottom of the bag to discharge the material. Do not stand under the container bags during lifting operations.
