TWO Loops U Panel Bag

FIBC has two rings to facilitate forklift loading and unloading, with spouts on the top and bottom for easy filling and discharge. It adopts the standard structure of U-panel, 4-panel, circular/ tubular and form stable/ baffle bags. FIBC can be coated or uncoated, with or without lining, printing, UN certification, standard white or other required colors.

Compared with the four loops FIBC, the two loops FIBC is less complex and more economical. They are made of U shaped body fabric to obtain higher breaking strength and breaking load inside the fabric.

The top lifting point is wrapped with sleeves that can be manufactured in different colors to facilitate product identification. The colored sleeve also makes the lift point very obvious to truck operators, so that luggage can be easily carried by hooks or forks.

The most commonly used designs are usually uncoated open tops and inserted PE liners, although coated designs are also available with spouted tops. The basic design varies greatly depending on the application; these include square, star or a single seam. The discharge spouts can also be used, but only for square base design. For manual filling applications, the bag are press bailed and packed on pallets. However, if necessary, the bag can also be wound on rolls to be used on automatic filling stations.
