Dust Proof FIBC

During the manufacturing of a bulk bag, the needle of the sewing machine leaves tiny holes in the fabric. If a bulk bag is used to store fine grain powders, such as milk powders, starch, lead powders and resins, the contamination by dust, or a leakage will occur via tiny holes between an adjacent sewn seam. To prevent the contamination by dust, and seepage or leakage, different levels of dust proof and leak-proof construction emerge in the FIBC market. Based on the extra sewn protection seam, there are the following options: single dust proof, double dust proof, triple dust proof, bag in bag (double bag) and bags with inner liners.
