For products that require the most efficient use of convenient space, baffled bags should be used first when transporting and storing products. This bag is designed as a substitute to rigid forms of containers. FIBC bags with baffles use an internal baffle, once filled, they can maintain the original shape. This is achieved with a perforated plate to ensure that the product flows evenly to all corners. The bag with baffles can be manufactured to fit the tray while maintaining its mostly square shape.

The baffled liner makes container bags such as FIBC or Gaylord boxes more square and stable.

The shape of the liner is suitable for the outer container, and the inner baffle is used to prevent the dry, flowable materials of the package from being pushed outward, otherwise it will result in a round package wasting space in the pallet, truck or ISO container. When cleanliness, stability and space saving are the top priorities,  baffle liners are often used instead of baffle bags. The lining with baffles is a cubic lining with added internal baffles, which provides the advantages of a square container and provides additional protection for FIBC. The square shape of baffled liner provide a very stable stackable container, which minimizes transportation costs and maximizes storage space. The combination of high-density and low-density polyethylene gives the liner strength and flexibility, as well as excellent barrier properties. This liner can be reused in certain applications. They can be used to contain chemicals, minerals and special materials.
