Big bag FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) represents a very cost effective and ideal packaging solution for transporting and storing dry bulk materials. They are usually made of flat woven polypropylene fabric (PP) or tubular round (tubular) woven polypropylene fabric, which can be in coated or uncoated form. Depending on the requirements for the safe working load (SWL) and the safety factor (SF) the weight of the fabric required in the bag construction will vary.

FIBC can be very simple, such as an open top with a flat bottom commonly used in the construction industry, or produced in a clean room production environment for high-tech units in the food/pharmaceutical industry. Most importantly, each FIBC is manufactured to meet specific customer requirements.

The 1 and 2 loop bags are made of a single tubular fabric, which is more cost effective than the traditional 4 loop bags. Compared with standard four loop bags, the structure of these bags are different. The main structure of the bag itself extends into a lifting ring, which makes the bag have a higher breaking strength and makes FIBC easier to lift. The loops can be wrapped with a colored sleeve, which helps to separate different bags according to their application. Liners are usually used to keep the product clean and dry.
