Ton bag is made of polyethylene or polypropylene resin as the main raw material, add a small amount of auxiliary materials, mix and melt extrusion plastic film through the extruder, cut into silk, stretched at a lower temperature than the melting of the resin, through molecular orientation and heat shaping into a high strength, low elongation of the flat wire, and then warping, weaving, lamination into a plastic woven cloth as a base cloth, with the sling, the belt is stitched into a ton bag.

(1) Appearance requirements are as follows:
① The warp and weft of the base cloth are not allowed to break 2 holes in the same place, and the thin file with less than 2 roots is not allowed to appear in 100mm2, and obvious misweaving is not allowed.
② The composite quality problems such as cracking, lack of film, delamination, bubble and hard mass are not allowed in the substrate coating film.
③ The printing pattern, text and mark are correct and clear, and the position is accurate.
④ The sling is required to be the same length as the ton bag, and the limit deviation is 40mm.
⑤ Sewing requirements are straight, no needle, broken thread, floating thread, no hanging needle, super needle, and no less than 3 stitches at the drop point.
(2) Performance test method:
The ton bags used as transportation packages for export commodities shall be subjected to top lifting test, tipping test, vertical impact drop test, upright test, tear propagation test, etc. Carrying handle

① Dumping test: pull the shelf at a height of 0.8m, lift one end of the movable plate, and make the sample bag fall on the ground.
(2) Upright test: Lift the single or double belt near the ground (if there are four straps), so that the bag body leaves the ground.
③ Vertical impact drop test: 0.8m height free fall.
④ Upright test: Lift the single or double belt near the ground (if there are four straps), so that the bag body off the ground.
The above tests require that the bag body and the sling ton bag are not damaged and the contents are not leaked.
⑤ Tear propagation test: a cut of 100mm in length and 45 on the vertical line is drawn on the bag body, lifted off the ground, applied twice the load, and kept for 5min. The incision propagation length should not exceed 25% of the original incision length.
