Form stable big bag also is known as Q-bag. There are two types of Q-bag. One type is the inner diagonal walls (baffles) are sewn across the four corners of its inside, which ensure that Q-bags keeps a rectangular shape when filled. The other type is only one baffle is sewn across the middle of the bulk bag, which has a similar effect that ensuring the big bag keeps its rectangular shape. Speaking of the in-built baffles, one is the standard baffle, the other one is the net baffle. The baffles are made from PP fabric with equally distributed holes, which allows an equal flow during filling and discharging. Q bags can be used for storing and transporting powders or granules from the chemical industry, milk powder, and so on.
