2 Loops Jumbo Bag

2 loops jumbo bag is usually less complicated and is the cost-effective form of packaging. Compared with other special bags, the structure of these bags are different. The two lifting loops are formed by the fabric itself, which has the advantages of high tensile strength and easy lifting operations.

If a wider opening is needed for filling the bag, two loops bag is usually used. The loops are tied together and can be lifted as a single loop.

The design includes an outer bag with a single or double integral lifting loop configuration. Can be coated or uncoated according to customer requirements. Depending on the product and application, the inner liner should be inserted to provide additional moisture protection.

2 loops lifting bag is very suitable for packaging fertilizers, cement and commodities, mainly used in semi-automatic or fully automatic filling lines. For relatively low package weights of 500 to 1000 kg and where filling speed is critical, you can mainly use two-point lifting bags. The bag is filled and transported on two loops. Usually multiple FIBCs (big bags/jumbo bags) are used for transportation and loading at the same time. These bags are usually lined to keep hygroscopic products (such as cement and fertilizer) dry.
