Container bag products are widely used, especially the packaging of bulk cement, grain, chemical raw materials, feed, starch, minerals and other powder, granular objects, and even dangerous goods such as calcium carbide, loading and unloading, transportation, storage, are very convenient. Container bag products are in the rising stage of development, especially in the form of one-ton containers and trays (a tray is loaded with a container bag, or four), which are more popular.

The standardization of the domestic packaging industry lags behind the development of the packaging industry. The formulation of some standards is inconsistent with the actual production of products, and the content is still at the level of more than ten years ago. For example, the "container bag" standard is formulated by the transportation department, the "cement bag" standard is formulated by the building materials department, the "geotextile" standard is formulated by the textile department, the "woven bag" standard is formulated by the plastic department, and so on. Due to the lack of the pertinence of product use and the full consideration of the interests of the industry, there is not a unified, effective, and balanced interest standard.

Calcium carbide is a kind of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods in case of temperature, which has high requirements for packaging. There is a container made of multilayer composite material, which can pack dangerous goods such as calcium carbide. The capacity is one ton, the bag body is composed of outer, middle and inner three layers, the outer bag is laminated plastic woven, the inner bag is polyethylene film, and the middle has four to five layers of special composite materials suitable for packaging such as calcium carbide. This kind of container bag has better sealing, higher strength and lower cost, compared with the traditional iron drum packaging, reduces the transportation cost by more than 10%, the powder loss is only one-tenth, and the economic efficiency is greatly improved.

The scope of use of container bags in China is expanding, and the export of special purpose container bags such as calcium carbide and mineral items is also increasing. Therefore, the market demand for container products has great potential and the development prospects are very broad.
