The first step is loading. We first hang the container bag lifting ring symmetrically on the beam of the filling machine to make the container bag bottom contact with the ground, and then open the container bag filling port, put it into the charging cylinder and clamp it by the clamping device, so as not to Dust or particles leak out. Start the filling machine to load the raw materials into the bag from the filling port. When filling, the bag body needs to be straightened before the filling operation. After filling, the filling port should be closed. If it is a container bag with a discharge opening, then before filling, we should check whether the bottom of the container bag has been tied.
The second step is to load the vehicle. The container bag lifting ring is evenly hung on the lifting device, and the forklift, crane, crane and other equipment are selected according to the type of ton bag and the loading weight. If the forklift is used to lift the FIBC, the shovel board should be adjusted to the proper position, and the FIBC should be close to the forklift and not tilted forward. In order to ensure the balance of the center of gravity of the bag when lifting, pay attention not to hang a single ring. Then, activate the lifting device to slowly lift the container bag, and when it reaches a certain height, it should be evenly placed on the train (or car) platform. If it is not necessary to load and transport the truck immediately, it should be piled up neatly and uniformly on the work site. During lifting and stacking, do not squeeze, skew, or collide with each other.
The third step is to save. In principle, the FIBC should be loaded immediately after loading, but if necessary, it cannot be transported away immediately. To avoid material damage, the FIBC should be stored in the warehouse, and the environment should be kept away from water, steam, moisture and High-temperature sources, such as when stored outdoors, in addition to meeting the above environmental conditions, should also be covered with tarpaulin and avoid direct sunlight.
