My country's plastic woven FIBC is mainly exported to Japan and South Korea, and is vigorously developing shopping malls in the Middle East, Africa, the United States and Europe. Due to the production of oil and cement, the Middle East region has a great demand for FIBC products; in the African region, almost all of its public oil companies mainly develop plastic woven products, and the demand for FIBC is also great.
Africa can bear the quality and level of China's container bags. Therefore, when opening a shopping mall in Africa, the first material produced is polypropylene. After mixing some stable condiments, it is melted by an extruder to make a plastic film. After a series of cutting, stretching, heat setting, textile, laminating, sewing and other processes, it is not a big problem to finally make a container bag. The United States and Europe have very high requirements for the quality of FIBCs, and the FIBCs in my country have not yet met their requirements.
The quality of FIBC is very important. There are strict standards for FIBC products in the market, and the focus of the specifications is different. Japan pays attention to details, Australia pays attention to form, and the European Community norms pay attention to product function and technical indicators, which are short and sophisticated. The United States and Europe have strict requirements on the anti-ultraviolet, anti-aging, and safety factors of container bags.
The "safety factor" is the ratio between the product's large capacity and the additional planned load. The first thing to look at is that the contents of the container are packed several times, repeated lifting, whether there is any abnormality in the contents and the bag body, and whether the joint is damaged. In similar codes at home and abroad, the setting of safety factor is generally 5-6 times. FIBC products with a five-fold safety factor can be safely used for a longer period of time.
