The gravity direction of the contents of the bag body is mainly downward, and there is a certain pressure on the side wall fabric, but it is relatively small. The size of this pressure is related to the level of the content material surface, the size of the bag type surface, and the powder, granular, block and density of the content material. At the same time, this pressure is affected by the vertical and horizontal direction of the warp and weft yarn, and the end of the knife edge at 45 degrees from the vertical central axis of the bag body will respectively generate two component forces to the flat wire in the warp and weft direction of the bag body. High temperature resistant ton bag

If the bag really falls off during the port lifting, there are only two possibilities: one is that the port operation is wrong, and the other is that the product fails to pass the lifting test. To achieve 5 times the safety factor, two of the 4 rings or one of the 2 rings must also have a tensile performance of more than 2.5 times the rated load. In the upright test, the body of the high-temperature resistant ton bag is lying on the ground, and the two or one hanging ring on the side near the ground are hung with the hook and lifted upward until the bag body is upright and lifted off the ground, and the bag body will not have problems. When the bag is lifted off the ground, due to the tilt action of the single ear lifting, a non-vertical component will be generated to destroy the structure of the ring root. The magnitude of this component is related to the slope of the bag body, and the relative position of the inner packing plane and the sewing place at the ring root. Generally, this tearing force is equivalent to 20-25% of gravity and does not pose a threat to a sling that can withstand the test of a 5x safety factor.
In summary, there are more overall test methods in the "International", which cover each other in function, and the test is complex, and all of them are important veto items in standard tests. The whole bag test is more, the test cycle is long, and the test cost is high, which is not suitable for the fast pace and low cost of today's society. In the contract environment, it has the function of simple, clear and rapid quality judgment of products, which is the direction of current standard development.
